This Mediation Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned parties ("Participants") and the Mediator, ("Mediator") for the purposes of mediating any disputes that the Participants have agreed to resolve through mediation. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
